Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account on LuvSwipe you agree to these Terms of Service in their entirety. If you do not accept the terms, you may not use the service. LuvSwipe reserves the right to update these terms at any time — continued use of the service after updated terms are published constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

2. Purpose of the Service

LuvSwipe is a dating service that allows registered users to create profiles, view other users' profiles, and match with those they choose to like. A match is created when two users mutually like each other, after which a private chat is opened. The service is exclusively for adults seeking romantic relationships or friendship.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use LuvSwipe. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. The service is not intended for minors and we reserve the right to suspend accounts suspected of belonging to persons under 18.

4. Account Rules and Responsibility

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information in your profile
• Not use other people's images or identity
• Not create multiple accounts
• Protect your login credentials and not share them with others
• Immediately notify us if you suspect unauthorized access to your account

5. Prohibited Behavior

The following is strictly prohibited on LuvSwipe:

• Harassment, bullying, or threats toward other users
• Publishing offensive, sexually explicit, or illegal content
• Fraudulent behavior, including false identity or catfishing
• Spam, marketing, or commercial activities via the service
• Collecting other users' personal data
• Attempting to manipulate or hack the service

Violations may result in immediate and permanent suspension without warning.

6. Content and Images

You retain ownership of content you upload, but grant LuvSwipe a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display your content within the service. You may upload a maximum of 6 images per profile. Images must depict yourself and must not contain offensive material, minors, or copyrighted material without permission.

7. Matches and Chat

A match occurs automatically when two users mutually like each other. Chat is activated immediately upon matching. Either party can remove a match at any time, which also permanently deletes all chat history. A user can block another, preventing all further contact and hiding their profiles from each other.

8. Personal Data and GDPR

We process your personal data in accordance with the GDPR (EU 2016/679) and Swedish data protection legislation. You have the right to request access to, rectification of, and deletion of your personal data. Your account and all associated data can be permanently deleted from the settings page. 9. Limitation of Liability

LuvSwipe is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for damages arising from use of the service, contact with other users outside the platform, or technical interruptions. We always recommend caution when meeting strangers and to meet in public places.

10. Service Availability

We strive to keep the service available around the clock, but cannot guarantee this. Maintenance, updates, and technical issues may cause interruptions. We reserve the right to change, pause, or discontinue parts of the service without notice.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Swedish law. Any disputes shall first be resolved through negotiation. If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be settled by a Swedish court with Stockholm District Court as the court of first instance.
